Parties making a "single" payment, i.e. - FULL deposit, your account is not applicable for credit trade line reporting or monthly fees.

You further agree that DepositCloud may send e-mails to you at any e-mail address you provide us or use other electronic means of communication to the extent permitted by law. Consent may be revoked at any time and by any reasonable means. 

You herby authorize DepositCloud. to receive a copy of your signed lease and application for the property, community, home, or entity you are leasing.

You agree that DepositCloud charges a one-time enrollment fee for the setup of your account.

You agree that DepositCloud will charge a monthly service fee of $3.95 for the maintenance of your account. Other charges based on payment type may or may not be assessed at the time of payment. You will receive notification of any additional charges if applicable.
